
Emerald Lake
This turquoise gem is in Yoho National Park. It's a great spot for canoeing and is one of the best ways to enjoy a sunny day in the Canadian Rockies. Easy Access off the Trans-Canada Highway 1, east of Golden.

The lake was so beautiful! The path around the lake was smooth and very easy to walk with numerous places to take pictures or just sit on a bench and look over the water. Get there early for parking

What a beautiful stop. There is parking. The lake is beautiful... the lodge is rustically elegant. I could have spent a lot time here... it is a beautiful way to spend a day.
